Lab test prices
Prices are as of December 20, 2024 and may have changed, so please call to confirm before your visit: Senior citizens and PWDs get 20% off.
Send-out tests are processed by a partner lab and take longer: usually within 24 hours, some 3 days to 4 weeks. Routine results take 15 minutes to 2 hours, and STAT requests 15–60 minutes. Questions? Call .

Using your HMO or PhilHealth
- Bring your active HMO card and 1 valid government ID.
- Check your coverage. Some consults and tests need an LOA or a referral from your HMO.
- Go to the INFO desk when you arrive. We'll help you get approval.

A few tips to save you time
- Come early. OPD is first come, first served.
- Bring a valid ID, your HMO card, and your doctor's request for tests.
- Fasting? FBS 8–10 hrs, lipid profile 10–12 hrs. Water is OK.
- Seniors and PWDs get 20% off lab tests. Bring your ID.

The OPD is closed on Sundays and holidays, but the ER, laboratory and radiology stay open 24 hours. For urgent concerns, including children, go to the ER.
You don't need to book through an app. Bring your active HMO card and a valid ID, then go to the INFO desk for approval (LOA).

Yes. The ER, laboratory and radiology are open 24 hours, every day, including Sundays. The ER accepts cash and HMO.
Moms with 2 or more check-ups with a Holylife OB-Gyn and active PhilHealth. Normal delivery for uncomplicated cases has no balance billing, and caesarean section is at a discounted rate. Final eligibility is decided at your prenatal check-ups.
Lab test prices are listed in Lab test prices above (as of December 2024, so call to confirm: ). For consults, imaging and procedures, the price depends on the doctor and the test, so message us or call the OPD () or Radiology () for the current rate.
